CSR (NI) LIMITED is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support multiple projects in a fast-paced construction environment. The role involves financial management for 4–5 projects and leadership of junior commercial staff, with a strong focus on value for money and regulatory compliance.

The position offers hybrid working (2 days per week), a generous benefits package including private health care, pension, and cycle-to-work, and a 36.5-hour work week.

Qualifications

• Senior level experience in quantity surveying or similar.
• Qualification pathway includes Chartered and non-Chartered routes.

Responsabilités

• Finance manage up to 4–5 projects across the portfolio.
• Supervise junior/trainee commercial staff.
• Ensure projects meet all legal and quality requirements and regulations.
• Drive value for money and project efficiency across multiple schemes.

Summary Description

CSR is currently working alongside one of Northern Ireland's leading organisations with the aim to recruit a professional Quantity Surveyor to aid them with their new, exciting projects.

CSR require an individual who is willing to challenge themselves with enhancing the value for money as well as the efficiency of their multiple projects. In parallel, the role will include responsibility for ensuring the project has met all legal and quality requirements and regulations.

Working as a Senior Surveyor, you will financially manage up to 4-5 projects and be responsible for junior/ trainee commercial staff.

Qualifications

• Quantity Surveying Degree
• 5+ Years' experience
