Job summary

Lisburn-based Senior Quantity Surveyor opportunity with Crescent Specialist Recruitment (CSR). Hybrid working, UK travel, and projects valued £1M–£30M across education, healthcare, and commercial sectors await a proactive professional.

You will oversee commercial performance, produce valuations, variations, cost reports and final accounts, and manage procurement and subcontractor negotiations while assisting with tenders and early cost planning.
