Job summary

CSR (NI) LIMITED in Mallusk is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial delivery on multiple projects. The role focuses on value for money, quality compliance and financial oversight across up to 4–5 projects.

You will manage junior/trainee commercial staff, work in a hybrid environment with 2 days in the office, and enjoy a generous salary package with car or car allowance as part of a comprehensive benefits package.

Summary Description

CSR is currently working alongside one of Northern Ireland's leading organisations with the aim to recruit a professional Quantity Surveyor to aid them with their new, exciting projects. CSR require an individual who is willing to challenge themselves with enhancing the value for money as well as the efficiency of their multiple projects. In parallel, the role will include responsibility for ensuring the project has met all legal and quality requirements and regulations.

Working as a Senior Surveyor, you will financially manage up to 4-5 projects and be responsible for junior/ trainee commercial staff.

• 5+ Years' experience
