Job summary

Binnies, an RSK Group company, is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join us in Peterborough as part of the @one Alliance, supporting Anglian Water’s capital investment programme during the AMP8 period.

You will act as the commercial conscience of the delivery team, providing cost control, value optimisation and governance. Deliver robust cost management, information, and assurances across projects while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in cost management and commercial controls.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Proven ability to drive value while maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of commercial and cost management for a project or group of projects.
• Provide accurate cost reporting, data and analysis to support commercial decisions.
• Ensure understanding of contractual arrangements by project teams to meet client/partner requirements.
• Collaborate with Delivery Team to identify and monitor efficiency plans throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain proper records (including final accounts) for audits and cost assurance.
