Job summary

Binnies, part of the RSK Group, is seeking a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join the @one Alliance in East Anglia. You will work under the Project Commercial Manager, learning across commercial management in a live water infrastructure alliance environment.

You'll collaborate with delivery and construction teams to support cost control, subcontract management and the application of commercial procedures while developing your industry knowledge.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification (or equivalent) in an engineering, management or cost-related discipline.
• CSCS card is required to access site environments.
• Extensive IT knowledge, particularly Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Gain experience across commercial activities on a live project.
• Identify, implement and monitor efficiencies with delivery teams.
• Attend site regularly with construction teams.
• Assist with subcontract preparation reflecting scopes and terms.
• Support contractual processes including communications and payments.
• Develop cost control and commercial awareness across projects.
