Aureos is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the Bathgate office and be part of the Commercial team. The role focuses on delivering strong commercial results, managing applications for payment, and producing accurate project reporting.

The successful candidate will report to the Regional Commercial Manager and oversee the full sub-contract cycle, cost control and commercial advice to the project team, with emphasis on teamwork and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Essential: Degree educated or HND/HNC equivalent.
• Essential: NEC Experience.
• Essential: Substantial experience in contracting commercial department with multi-disciplinary HV/LV infrastructure exposure.
• Essential: Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilités

• Assist the commercial team in ensuring profitability, cash management and accurate reporting of schemes.
• Manage application and credit control processes and optimise income.
• Costing, forecasting and change control management.
• Provide commercial advice to Project Team and support risk management.
• Develop team spirit and professional conduct within Project Commercial Team and with Client.
