Job summary

United Infrastructure Power T&D Limited seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial administration for civils on a major construction project in the Highlands. You will co-locate with project teams, manage contracts, costs, payments and risk, and report on performance to ensure delivery milestones are met.

The role requires NEC3 experience, a BSc in Quantity Surveying or related field, and a proactive approach to commercial control; a full UK driving licence may be required for site and

Qualifications

• BSc in Quantity Surveying or related commercial discipline.
• Experience in Quantity Surveying or commercial role.
• Experience with NEC3 contracts.
• Experience in civils or construction desirable.
• Strong subcontractor and contract management.
• Proficient in applications for payment, forecasting, variations and reporting.
• Excel knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day commercial administration of civils elements of the project.
• Manage contracts, costs, payments, and commercial risk for delivery.
• Coordinate with client and subcontractor representatives to monitor performance.
• Prepare and manage applications for payment for clients and subcontractors.
• Ensure accurate forecasting and CVR, and robust commercial records.
