Job summary

United Infrastructure Group in Alness is hiring a Quantity Surveyor to manage the civils elements of a major construction project. You will handle contract administration, payments, and commercial reporting, working with client and subcontractor teams.

Qualifications

• BSc in Quantity Surveying, Business or related commercial discipline.
• Experience with NEC3 contracts.
• Experience in civils/construction.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Contract administration in line with NEC3, including Options A, B, C and E.
• Support subcontractor negotiations and contract management.
• Prepare and manage applications for payment for clients and subcontractors.
• Forecasting and performance reporting for client and subcontractor accounts.
• Identify and mitigate day-to-day commercial risks and opportunities.
• Undertake site visits to support subcontractor assessments.
• Prepare and maintain Cost to Complete forecasts.
• Contribute to accurate budget, cost and change reporting.
• Contribute to CVR and Earned Value Analysis reports.
