Job summary

United Infrastructure Ltd is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage daily commercial tasks across the full project lifecycle. You will handle contract administration under NEC 3, negotiate with subcontractors, and oversee payments and forecasts to keep the project position clear.

The role requires a BSc in Quantity Surveying or related field, strong Excel skills, and 2-5 years’ experience in civils/construction. UK driving licence and travel flexibility are desirable assets.

Qualifications

• BSc in Quantity Surveying or related field is required.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• 2-5 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Full UK driving licence; willingness to travel.
• Civils/construction experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day commercial responsibilities across the project lifecycle.
• Manage contract administration in line with NEC 3 and variations.
• Negotiate with subcontractors and manage payments applications.
• Forecast, track performance and manage project risk.
• Conduct site visits for subcontractor assessments and reporting.
• Maintain robust commercial documentation and EV reports.
