Streamline Search Ltd. is supporting a leading Tier One contractor in Leeds to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor responsible for the commercial management of civil infrastructure projects, ensuring financial performance and contractual compliance.

The candidate will manage budgets, forecasts, valuations and final accounts, lead subcontractor negotiations, and provide guidance to junior team members. NEC contract knowledge and a degree (BSc or equivalent) are essential.

Competenze

• BSc or equivalent degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Strong experience delivering civil/infrastructure projects.
• Proven NEC contract administration and cost management expertise.

Mansioni

• Take commercial ownership of assigned civil projects, ensuring financial performance.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, cash flow and commercial reporting.
• Prepare CVRs, valuations, applications and final accounts.
• Lead procurement, subcontractor and supplier negotiations.
• Provide commercial guidance to QS colleagues and project teams.
• Identify risks/opportunities and implement mitigation strategies.
• Maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
