Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in civil engineering groundworks.
• Strong contract administration, cost control and commercial management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multi-million-pound groundworks packages and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Take full commercial responsibility for groundworks packages from procurement to final account.
• Monitor costs, prepare valuations, manage variations and mitigate commercial risks.
• Lead and mentor junior commercial staff and coordinate with project teams.
