Job summary

Enable Group in Middlesex seeks a skilled Quantity Surveyor to manage the commercial aspects of groundworks and civil engineering projects. You will be responsible for procurement, payment applications, and ensuring commercial performance.

This role offers a competitive salary of £60,000 – £80,000 per annum, pension contributions, and professional development opportunities. Applicants should have a related qualification and experience in the construction discipline.

Qualifications

• Qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline.
• Experience with groundworks, civil engineering, infrastructure, or RC frame contractors.
• Knowledge of JCT and NEC forms of contract.
• Experience with large residential and mixed-use developments.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial aspects of projects from procurement to final account.
• Prepare and submit applications for payment and final accounts.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors.
