The ideal candidate will have solid experience in groundworks and civil engineering, demonstrating strong management capabilities, a thorough understanding of cost control, and the ability to drive project performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within groundworks or civil engineering contractors.
• Ability to manage your own projects independently.
• Solid understanding of commercial reporting and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from pre-construction through to final account.
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and CVRs.
• Lead on valuations, variations, and final accounts.

Skills

Experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor

Knowledge of groundworks packages
