Ernest and Florent LTD in Warrington is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a growing team and manage a broad range of pre and post contract QS services across residential, healthcare, education, commercial, retail and hospitality projects.

You will take ownership of cost planning, estimating, procurement and cost reporting, while building strong client relationships and contributing to the firm's ongoing development and success.

Qualifications

• A degree in Quantity Surveying or Cost Management.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
• Hard-working, proactive and ambitious.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre and post contract Quantity Surveying services including cost planning, estimating, procurement and cost reporting.
• Manage final accounts and overall commercial performance on diverse Northwest projects.

The Senior Quantity Surveyors Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join an established and growing Quantity Surveying team, working across a diverse range of construction projects throughout the North West.

As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll take responsibility for a range of pre and post contract Quantity Surveying services, including cost planning, estimating, procurement, commercial management, cost reporting and final accounts.

You'll have the opportunity to work across a broad variety of sectors including residential, healthcare, education, commercial, retail and hospitality.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded Senior Quantity Surveyor who enjoys taking ownership of projects and building strong client relationships, while still benefiting from the support of an experienced and collaborative team.
