Saxton Recruitment is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a leading Tier 1 contractor based in the West Midlands. The role involves delivering education/public sector projects between 10m and 100m, managing budgets, procurement, and subcontractor variations within a growing commercial team.

The package includes a 65,000–75,000 base salary, company car or car allowance, private medical and pension, 26 days leave, and agile/hybrid working options.

Senior Quantity Surveyor - Tier 1 Contractor

Senior Quantity Surveyor - our client is a leading Tier 1 contractor who is searching for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the growing commercial team based in the West Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a major public sector (education) development ( 100m+).

To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record as a Senior Quantity Surveyor delivering construction projects for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor ranging from 10mm - 20m.
