Job summary

The role involves delivering projects on budget, managing procurement and sub-contractor packages, handling variations and valuations, and coordinating with the supply chain across education, commercial, leisure, and custodial sectors.

Senior Quantity Surveyor - Tier 1 Contractor

Senior Quantity Surveyor - our client is a leading Tier 1 contractor who is searching for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the growing commercial team based in the West Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a major public sector (education) development (£100m+).

To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record as a Senior Quantity Surveyor delivering construction projects for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor ranging from £10mm - £20m.
