Job summary

Saxton Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a leading Tier 1 contractor in the West Midlands for a Quantity Surveyor to join the growing commercial team. You will work across education and public sector projects ranging from £10m to £100m, including a major £100m+ education development.

In return you can expect a competitive package with a basic salary of £55,000 - £65,000 DOE, a Company Car Scheme or car allowance, 26 days' leave, private medical insurance, pension up to 6%, flexible/hybrid

Qualifications

• Experience working with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 building contractor.
• Experience dealing with / managing final accounts.
• Experience managing sub-contractor variations.
• Industry related qualification.
• Track record delivering construction projects for Tier 1/2 contractors (£10m-£20m).

Quantity Surveyor - our client is a leading Tier 1 contractor who is searching for a Quantity Surveyor to join the growing commercial team based in the West Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to work on a major public sector (education) development (£100m+).

To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record as a Quantity Surveyor delivering construction projects for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor ranging from £10m - £20m.
