Job summary

Foster & May, a Bolton-based chartered Quantity Surveying consultancy, are seeking a well-rounded Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team on diverse projects across retail, industrial, residential and healthcare. You will manage cost planning, pre and post-contract duties, procurement and contract administration, while working closely with clients.

• 2+ years Quantity Surveying experience.
• Ideally worked within a PQS / Consultancy practice.
• Good pre contract knowledge.
• Keen to achieve MRICS (if not chartered already).

A Bolton-based chartered Quantity Surveying consultancy that has secured multiple new projects, are looking to appoint a well-rounded Quantity Surveyor.

The Quantity Surveyors Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will work with a diverse Quantity Surveying team, and deliver an array of projects including retail, industrial, residential, and healthcare.

The new Quantity Surveyor will have the opportunity to carry out a full cost management role, pre and post contract, including cost planning, contract administration, procurement, and working closely with clients.

The Quantity Surveyor

• Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
• 2+ years Quantity Surveying experience
• Ideally worked within a PQS / Consultancy practice
