Foster & May Limited in the Northwest is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor/EA to lead residential projects and apartment schemes. You will act as an Employer's Agent, overseeing from inception to completion while coordinating with clients, contractors and consultants to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The role requires MRICS, a Quantity Surveying degree or equivalent, 5+ years PQS experience, and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• MRICS qualification preferred.
• Proven ability to work in a team.
• Knowledge of CDM and health & safety practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee residential projects and apartment schemes from inception through to completion as Employer's Agent.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors and consultants to deliver projects on time and within budget.

An established, local Quantity Surveying Consultancy is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor / EA to support their residential projects.

The Senior Quantity Surveyors Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining an office of around 20 people and managing a variety of residential projects and apartment schemes across the Northwest. Acting as an Employer's Agent, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception through to completion, working closely with clients, contractors and consultants to ensure projects are delivered successfully.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Ideally MRICS
• Quantity Surveying degree or equivalent
• 5+ Years PQS Experience
• Residential / EA experience would be a bonus
• Able to work well within a team
• Any CDM / Health & Safety experience would stand out
