Job summary

Foster & May Limited in Bristol seeks a driven Senior Quantity Surveyor with Employer's Agent experience to join their team on a range of sectors including commercial, residential, retail and leisure.

The successful candidate will lead client meetings, deliver projects on time and within budget, and enjoy hybrid working, APC support, a bonus structure, and a clear progression path to Associate.

Qualifications

• Completed a Quantity Surveyor degree or RICS associated degree.
• MRICS preferred but not essential.
• Pre- and post-contract experience.
• Car + driver's license.
• Able to manage and deliver projects as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead client meetings and ensure projects are delivered on time and within the budget.
• Work on a range of sectors including commercial, residential, retail and leisure.
• Act as Senior Quantity Surveyor with Employer's Agent responsibilities.

Job description

A multi-disciplinary PQS Consultancy is seeking a driven Senior Quantity Surveyor with Employer's Agent experience to join their team in Bristol.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will as part of a large team, where they will work on an array of project sectors such as, commercial, residential, retail, leisure, public/private sector work.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working in a client facing role, where they would be expected to lead client meetings and ensure projects are delivered on time and within the budget.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Completed a Quantity Surveyor degree or RICS associated degree.
• Preferably MRICS (but not essential)
• Pre and post contract experience
• Car + driver's license
• Able to manage and deliver projects as part of a team
