Foster & May, an independent Kent-based quantity surveying consultancy, seeks an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to work across historic buildings and high-end residential projects. You will manage projects from inception through final accounts, work closely with clients and provide pre/post contract expertise.

The role offers hybrid and flexible working, 25 days leave, private health insurance, pension, APC support, and a generous bonus scheme, with a salary range of £65,000–£75,000.

Competenze

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related construction field.
• MRICS or working towards MRICS.
• Strong cost planning and measurement experience.
• Experience taking projects from inception to completion.
• Pre and post-contract knowledge.
• Client facing skills.

An independent, Kent based Quantity Surveying consultancy is looking to add an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor who would enjoy working across a varied portfolio of projects.

Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

The team are looking to add a Senior Quantity Surveyor who is comfortable working closely with clients, whilst taking projects from early cost planning and feasibility studies, through to final accounts.

Project wise, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working across a mix of unique historical buildings and high-end residential.

Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Completed a Quantity Surveyor or Construction related degree
• MRICS or working towards would be ideal
• Good cost planning and measurement experience
• Comfortable taking projects from inception to completion
• Pre and post contract knowledge
• Client facing
