Job summary

Ernest and Florent Ltd is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead cost management across commercial, residential and mixed-use projects in Central London. The role emphasises ownership, client liaison and team mentoring within a growing consultancy.

You will work in a flexible, hybrid environment, supported by senior leadership and a clear path for development as the Cost Consultancy practice expands.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying is essential.
• MRICS qualified or near APC.
• Experience in a consultancy environment is required.
• Experience managing projects independently and client-facing.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost management across multiple sectors (commercial, residential, mixed-use).
• Manage projects from inception to completion and maintain key client relationships.
• Support and mentor junior team members and contribute to business growth.

A well-established, independent property and construction consultancy are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing Cost Consultancy team in Central London.

The Senior Quantity Surveyors Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join an established and highly regarded consultancy that operates across a diverse range of sectors, including commercial, residential, industrial, logistics, retail, hospitality and mixed-use developments.

As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a key role within the Cost Consultancy team, managing projects and key client relationships independently, with an involvement in team support and leadership.

Senior Quantity Surveyors Requirements

• A degree in Quantity Surveying
• MRICS qualified or close to completing APC
• Strong experience within a consultancy environment
• Experience managing projects independently from inception through to completion Confident in client-facing environments
• Experience across commercial, residential and/or mixed-use sectors is beneficial
• Ability to support and mentor more junior members of the team
