Job summary

NORTHCROFT LIM CONSULTANTS PTE LTD is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage quotations, costings, tender documents and contract preparations in a dynamic consultancy environment in the United Kingdom. You will liaise with Consultants, main and sub-contractors, clients and suppliers to resolve project cost issues.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, 7–10 years of relevant experience, and strong skills in AUTOCAD, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying.
• 7–10 years of experience in Quantity Surveying consultancy.
• Strong understanding of construction processes.
• Excellent skills with cost estimation software.
• Executive communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities.
