Quantity Surveyor required for a main contractor in the Leominster area (HR6 postcode). Permanent role with a competitive salary. Experience in cost management on housing and general construction projects is preferred.

Responsibilities include cost reporting, assisting estimating, reviewing contracts, subcontract ordering, and preparing interim valuations/final accounts. Projects range from £0.5M to £8M.
