Job summary

NORTHCROFT LIM CONSULTANTS PTE LTD is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage quotation sourcing, costing and tender documentation. You will coordinate with consultants, main contractors and suppliers to resolve project cost issues.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's in Quantity Surveying with extensive consultancy experience, strong cost estimation skills, and excellent communication abilities. A fast-paced environment and ability to multitask are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in Quantity Surveying Consultancy.
• Excellent skills with cost estimation software and MS Office suite.
• Executive communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
• Strong understanding of construction processes.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Source quotations, perform price comparison and costing summaries.
• Prepare project costing.
• Prepare documents for tender and contract.

Qualifications

2)Minimum10 & above years of experience in Quantity Surveying Consultancy Firm.

3)Strong understanding of construction processes.

4)Excellent skills with relevant cost estimation software, AUTOCAD, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

5)Executive communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.

6)Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

7)Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities.
