Job summary

NORTHCROFT LIM CONSULTANTS PTE LTD is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor to join its cost consultancy team in the United Kingdom. You will source quotations, prepare costing, and assemble tender documents to support project delivery.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying with 4–6 years of consultancy experience, and is proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Roles & Responsibilities

• To source for quotations, price comparison and costing summary;
• To prepare project costing;

• To liaise with Consultants, Main Contractors, Sub-Contractors, Clients and suppliers/vendors for project cost issues.

Qualifications

1) Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying,

2) Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in Quantity Surveying Consultancy Firm

3) Strong understanding of construction processes.

4) Excellent skills with relevant cost estimation software, AUTOCAD, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

5) Executive communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.

6) Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities.
