Job summary

NORTHCROFT LIM CONSULTANTS PTE LTD is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support cost planning, tendering and project costing activities. You will source quotations, compare prices and prepare costing summaries while liaising with consultants, main contractors, sub-contractors, clients and suppliers to resolve cost issues.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Quantity Surveying, with up to 3 years of experience in a consultancy, and strong knowledge of construction processes and

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying.
• Fresh to 3 years of experience in Quantity Surveying Consultancy Firm.
• Strong understanding of construction processes.
• Excellent skills with relevant cost estimation software, AUTOCAD, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Executive communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities.
