Our client, a renowned consultancy in the water sector, is currently seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a contract basis. The role primarily involves working on infrastructure projects related to waste and spill management within the Severn Trent area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performing quantity surveying tasks in line with project requirements
  • Managing pre-contract activities and contract negotiations
  • Applying NEC4 Option A and C contract protocols
  • Conducting detailed cost analysis and budget management
  • Supporting the delivery of waste and infrastructure projects
  • Collaborating with internal teams and clients to ensure project success
  • Providing accurate reports and documentation throughout project lifecycles
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in quantity surveying, specifically within the water sector
  • Strong knowledge of NEC4 Option A and C contracts
