Our client, a well‑established and respected Main Contractor, is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team in Guildford. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and commercially astute QS to take ownership of exciting projects and contribute to the continued success of a reputable contractor.

The Role

As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the full commercial lifecycle of projects across the region. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading cost management across multiple construction projects
• Procurement of subcontractors and materials
• Managing valuations, variations, and final accounts
• Providing accurate cost reporting and forecasting
• Working closely with project teams to ensure commercial objectives are met
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
