Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to lead social housing refurbishment projects in Lincolnshire, with hybrid working between site, office and home. The role focuses on budgets, timelines and client relationships, with management of QS teams to drive performance.

• Maintain client relationships through consistent delivery of projects kept within budgets and timelines.
• You’ll be based in either Grimsby or Boston to cover the Lincolnshire area, with hybrid working available on site, in the office and at home.
• Manage the team of Quantity Surveyors and Assistant Quantity Surveyors to ensure they feel supported and mentored for professional success.

What you'll need:

• Relevant qualifications relating to Quantity Surveying
• Previous experience working in the Social Housing sector
• Good leaderships skills
• UK Driving Licence
