Job summary

Bimplus, a Tier 1 contractor, is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for social housing refurbishment. Based in Grimsby or Boston with hybrid on-site/in-office/home work.

You will lead a team of QS and ASQ, manage budgets and timelines, and maintain client relationships across Lincolnshire.

Qualifications

• Relevant Quantity Surveying qualifications.
• Experience in the Social Housing sector.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Clean UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Quantity Surveyors and Assistant Quantity Surveyors.
• Deliver projects within budget and schedule, focusing on refurbishment works.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure consistent delivery.
• Cover Lincolnshire area from Grimsby or Boston with hybrid working.

What you'll be doing:

• Focusing primarily on Social Housing refurbishment such as Kitchen & Bathrooms, Windows & Doors and Roofing works.
• Maintain client relationships through consistent delivery of projects kept within budgets and timelines.
• You'll be based in either Grimsby or Boston to cover the Lincolnshire area, with hybrid working available on site, in the office and at home.
• Manage the team of Quantity Surveyors and Assistant Quantity Surveyors to ensure they feel supported and mentored for professional success.

What you'll need:

• Relevant qualifications relating to Quantity Surveying
• Previous experience working in the Social Housing sector
• Good leaderships skills
• UK Driving Licence
