Job summary

Saxton Recruitment Ltd on behalf of a leading Tier 1 contractor is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial team in the East Midlands. The role covers education, commercial, leisure and custodial sectors with project values from £5m to £50m and a public sector development up to £10m.

The package includes a basic salary of £65,000 - £75,000 (DOE), company car or £5,000 allowance, 28 days leave, private medical insurance, pension match up to 6%, and flexible working including WFH.

Qualifications

• Experience working with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 building contractor.
• Experience dealing with / managing final accounts.
• Experience managing sub-contractor variations.
• Industry related qualification.
• To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record as a Senior Quantity Surveyor delivering construction projects for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor ranging from £10m - £20m.

Senior Quantity Surveyor - Tier 1 Contractor

Senior Quantity Surveyor - our client is a leading Tier 1 contractor who is searching for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the growing commercial team based in the East Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work as the commercial lead on a public sector development (£10m).
