Job summary

Saxton Recruitment is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for a leading Tier 1 contractor in the East Midlands. The role offers a commercial lead position on projects from £5m to £50m and a competitive package, including a company car or £5,000 allowance and flexible working.

You will be responsible for procurement, subcontract management, final accounts and CVRs, with a track record on £10m-£20m schemes. Strong educational qualifications in construction are required, with experience in Tier 1 or Tier 2

Qualifications

• Experience delivering construction projects for Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractors (£10m–£20m).
• Experience dealing with final accounts and variations.
• Procurement and managing subcontract packages.
• Industry related qualification.

Responsibilities

• Commercial Lead on Design & Build projects £5m - £20m.
• Chair Pre-let meetings and finalising Subcontract Orders.
• Procurement and managing sub-contractor packages.

Quantity Surveyor - Tier 1 Contractor

Quantity Surveyor - our client is a leading Tier 1 contractor who is searching for a Quantity Surveyor to join the growing commercial team based in the East Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to work as the commercial lead on a public sector development (£10m).
