Job summary

3D Personnel LTD is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a major mixed-use development project in Gosport. You will oversee commercial management of subcontract packages, procurement, valuations, and cost reporting while coordinating with site and project delivery teams.

Applicants should have proven Senior QS experience, a main contractor background, and strong residential/mixed-use or major project exposure. Relevant QS qualification is preferred.

Senior Quantity Surveyor - Gosport

3D Personnel are recruiting for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an established main contractor delivering a major mixed-use development in Gosport. The scheme includes new-build residential, refurbishment, commercial and leisure elements and forms part of a significant long-term regeneration project.

Key responsibilities:

• Commercial management of subcontract packages
• Procurement and subcontractor management
• Applications, valuations and cost reporting
• Variations and change management
• Forecasting and reporting to the senior commercial team
• Working closely with the site and project delivery teams

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor
