Job summary

ERSG Ltd in Hampshire is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a freelance contract on a major construction project. You will take ownership of commercial management, cost control and reporting across packages and subcontractors.

The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, CSCS value, and the ability to work independently on site, delivering accurate valuations and timely payments throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Senior Quantity Surveyor on construction/infrastructure projects.

Senior Quantity Surveyor – Freelance Contract

Contract: Freelance / Contract

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a major construction and infrastructure project based in Hampshire.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused Senior Quantity Surveyor to play a key role in the successful delivery of a significant project. You will be responsible for managing the commercial and contractual aspects of the works, working closely with project teams, subcontractors and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the commercial aspects of allocated packages and works.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.


• Ability to work independently and take ownership of commercial responsibilities.


• Valid CSCS Card is required.
