Project Quantity Surveyor

Location:Gosport
Salary:£55,000£70,000 per annum

Our client is seeking a proactive and commercially mindedProject Quantity Surveyorto join their team delivering the redevelopment ofa heritage site into luxury apartments.

The business operates in a uniqueclient and contractor capacity meaning the successful candidate will need to be adaptable and comfortable taking a hands-on approach across the project.

This is an excellent opportunity for a QS looking tobuild on their existing experience and progress their career, with around15 years remaining on the overall scheme the role offers genuine long term stability, development and progression opportunities.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have relevant Quantity Surveying experience.
• Be proactive, hands on and commercially focused.
• Be comfortable working across both client and contractor functions.
• Be ambitious and keen to develop professionally.
• Ideally be based within commuting distance to site
