Job summary

3D Personnel seeks an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a major main contractor on a large mixed-use development in Gosport, including residential, refurbishment, commercial and leisure elements.

You will oversee subcontract packages, procurement, valuations, cost reporting and variations, and collaborate closely with site and delivery teams on an ongoing programme of works.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor.
• Main contractor background preferred.
• Strong residential, mixed-use or major project experience.
• Excellent commercial and subcontract management skills.

3D Personnel are recruiting for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an established main contractor delivering a major mixed-use development in Gosport.

The scheme includes new-build residential, refurbishment, commercial and leisure elements and forms part of a significant long-term regeneration project.

Key responsibilities:

• Commercial management of subcontract packages
• Procurement and subcontractor management
• Applications, valuations and cost reporting
• Variations and change management
• Forecasting and reporting to the senior commercial team
• Working closely with the site and project delivery teams

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor
• Main contractor background preferred
• Strong residential, mixed-use or major project experience
• Excellent commercial and subcontract management skills
• Relevant construction or quantity surveying qualification preferred
