Are you an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for your next challenge? We are recruiting on behalf of a leading organisation in the marine infrastructure sector for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Commercial team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of high-value projects and play a key role in delivering complex marine and civil engineering works.

About the Role

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will lead the commercial and contractual aspects of multiple marine infrastructure projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing financial performance, cost control, and risk mitigation across projects.
• Preparing and negotiating high-value contracts, variations, and claims.
• Driving procurement strategies and ensuring robust supply chain management.
• Mentoring junior surveyors and contributing to commercial best practices.
• Engaging with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

What We're Looking For

• Qualification in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Professional accreditation (desirable).
• Prior experience in a senior quantity surveying role, ideally within marine infrastructure, port development, dredging, or offshore construction. General construction or civils will be considered.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and financial management skills.
• Ability to travel to project sites as required.
