Job summary

Une société de contractant spécialisée recherche un Quantity Surveyor expérimenté pour un projet de travaux publics à long terme dans la région de Somerset. Qualifications

• Expérience antérieure en tant que Quantity Surveyor.
• Maîtrise du contrat NEC.
• Expérience en interaction avec les clients et équipes de chantier.
• Expérience en civil incluant highways et drainage.

Responsibilities

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyorto join a Contractor who specialises in drainage and highways framework projects.

Our client is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join them on a Civil Engineering, Highways project in the Somerset area on a long-term project.

This company are open to freelance for this specific contract and will look at drawing up a long-term contract.

Key responsibilities for this Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor role:

• Management of Sub-Contractors
• CVRs and Compensation events
• Progress and Commercial reporting meetings
• BQQs and measurement

Experience required for this Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor role:

• Worked as a Quantity Surveyor previously
• Work in accordance with NEC form of contract
• Client facing and able to work with site teams
• Civils experience including highways, drainage and Surfacing
