Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Are you looking to advance your career as a Quantity Surveyor? We are working with a dynamic and ambitious project management, cost consulting, and building surveying firm seeking a talented Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Bristol office.

With rapid growth and four offices across the UK, our client is a leading player in the industry, known for their personable approach and commitment to delivering high-quality projects nationwide. Their diverse portfolio includes mixed-use developments, assisted living, healthcare, residential, and commercial projects, with a total value of over £500 million.

The Role:

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor in their Bristol office, you will collaborate with a skilled team on a range of projects, from large commercial ventures to heritage regeneration schemes. You will manage the full project lifecycle, from procurement and design to delivery and post-contract duties. This client-facing role will leverage your expertise and communication skills to provide professional advice and build strong relationships.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years post-graduate experience
• Ideally MRICS/CIOB qualified or working towards APC
• Experience in both professional and project-based work
• Expertise in new build and refurbishment projects across various sectors
• Strong skills in program, cost, and procurement advice
• Ability to manage multi-disciplinary consultant teams
• Knowledge of building technology, compliance, and defect diagnosis
