Job summary

Foster & May Limited, a respected Construction Consultancy, is seeking a personable Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Bristol office. You will help lead projects from inception to completion and mentor less experienced QSs.

The successful candidate will work across leisure, residential, commercial and education sectors, with MRICS status encouraged. In return you’ll receive £55,000–£65,000, 25 days leave, a competitive pension, APC support and flexible working.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or MRICS accreditation.
• Client facing experience with stakeholders.
• MRICS status or in progress is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from inception to completion.
• Mentor junior QS staff and coordinate with teams.
• Work across leisure, residential, commercial and education sectors.

A respectable Construction Consultancy is seeking a personable Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Bristol office.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be expected to help lead their projects from inception to completion, whilst mentoring the less experienced QS'.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be working on a diverse range of projects across an array of sectors including leisure, residential, commercial and education.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Quantity Surveying degree or RICS accredited
• At least 5 years' experience in a PQS
• Client facing experience
• MRICS or on the way
• Car + driver's license
