Job summary

Foster & May in Northampton is seeking an enthusiastic Quantity Surveyor to join our busy PQS team. You will manage budgeting, cost planning, and preparing bills of quantities, coordinating with partners to deliver projects on time and within budget.

You will work across leisure, residential and healthcare sectors, with a clear route to senior roles and a flexible, supportive working environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent (RICS accredited)
• MRICS qualification required or in progress
• 3+ years PQS consultancy experience
• Valid car and driving license
• Pre- and post-contract experience desirable
• Experience across multiple project sector knowledge

Responsibilities

• Prepare budgeting and cost planning for projects
• Produce bills of quantities and cost estimates
• Liaise with partners to ensure on-time delivery within budget
• Contribute to project delivery across leisure, residential and healthcare sectors

A fast-growing PQS Consultancy is seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join their office in Northampton.

The Quantity Surveyor's role

The Quantity Surveyor will be heavily involved in projects from inception to completion carrying out duties such as; budgeting, cost planning, preparing bills of quantities, liaising with partners to ensure that the projects are completed on time and in budget.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be working on a diverse range of project sectors including, leisure, residential and healthcare.

The Quantity Surveyor

• Quantity Surveying degree (or RICS accredited)
• MRICS
• PQS consultancy experience minimum 3 years
• Car and driver's license
• Pre and post contract experience
• Relevant project experience
