Job summary

Bimplus in Bristol is actively seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take full responsibility for projects from inception to completion on a variety of developments.

The role offers exposure to high-profile Residential, Education, Commercial, Health and Leisure schemes with projects from £1m to £500m, plus opportunities to develop client relationships and progress to Associate level.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying (essential).
• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor on consultancy/PQS side.
• Experience working on property projects.
• Ability to manage projects up to £10m.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

THE COMPANY

Individual projects can be Residential, Education, Commercial, Health and Leisure with values ranging from £1m to £80m plus.

THE POSITION

They are actively looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor level to get involved in taking full responsibility of projects from inception to completion. The successful Quantity Surveyor will be given the opportunity to work with market leading clients on fantastic projects. Value of projects can range from £1 – £500 million. At Senior level the successful candidate will also be given the opportunity to get involved in business and client development and represent the company at various networking events and meetings.

THE CANDIDATE

• Have a degree in Quantity Surveying
• Have experience working as a Quantity Surveyor on the Consultancy / PQS side
• Have experience working on projects within Property
• Have experience of managing projects up to the value of £10 million
• Have good communication and client facing skills
