This is an excellent opportunity for a Quality professional with a strong manufacturing background to take ownership of the site Quality function and driving improvements across the Quality Management System, production processes and product quality.
As the new Quality Manager, you will be based at the Ripley manufacturing site responsible for managing and continuously improving the site's Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and customer-specific requirements. You will lead Quality, oversee product and process quality, support new product introduction and qualification, and drive structured problem-solving and continuous improvement across the manufacturing operation. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing quality, working closely with Production, Engineering, Technical, Customer and Supplier teams to identify issues, implement sustainable solutions and continually improve performance.
We are looking for a Quality professional who has worked within a manufacturing environment, ideally with experience in plastics or a similar high-volume manufacturing setting. You will be comfortable operating at both a strategic and hands‑on level, with the ability to lead a Quality team while also getting involved in problem solving and process improvement on the shop floor.
