Xe.com is hiring a senior QA engineer to own end-to-end quality, shaping how the team tests from design to release. You will build test automation, lead modernization of the test estate, and closely collaborate with engineering, product and compliance.

You will mentor mid-level QA engineers, design integration tests, and drive quality strategy for money-movement domains using AI-enabled tools daily in a modern stack.

Qualifications

• 6 to 10+ years building production test automation.
• Strong test automation skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or C#, including design and architecture.
• SQL and relational database fundamentals for test data and debugging.
• API testing and UI automation with modern frameworks.
• Performance, load, or resilience testing experience.
• Experience with AWS in development or test contexts and CI/CD ownership.

Responsibilities

• Design and own integration test harnesses and contract tests for money-moving flows and partner APIs.
• Lead the test automation design across onboarding, KYC/KYB, payment initiation, FX, settlement, and related flows.
• Balance manual and automated testing; write test cases and drive automation using Playwright and similar frameworks.
• Own CI/CD quality strategy, incident investigation, and translate findings into automated tests and improvements.
• Lead design reviews of test architecture and mentor mid-level QA engineers.
• Use AI tools daily and participate in building the test estate on the modern stack.
