Job summary

Moneybox is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to join a fast-paced fintech team. You will own QA across squads, drive risk-based testing, and collaborate with developers, compliance, and stakeholders to ensure quality while balancing speed and release cadence.

You will mentor peers, advocate automation, and help shape end-to-end testing strategies. A strong background in APIs, backend systems, mobile and web testing is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of broad QA experience with senior/lead level.
• Experience with backend testing, APIs, databases, migrations, and 3rd party integrations.
• Knowledge of mobile and web testing.
• Experience with test automation and data design.
• Experience with AI tools in testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead testing efforts across multiple projects and coordinate with squads.
• Define release strategies balancing risk, speed, and quality.
• Mentor and coach QA team members.
• Represent Moneybox in the tech community.
