Job summary

Xe is expanding its cross-border payments platform and seeks a senior QA engineer to own quality end-to-end. You’ll design test automation, gates, and production observability, using AI‑assisted tooling daily. You’ll work with engineering, product, and compliance to shape the quality strategy and mentor others.

You’ll lead test architecture decisions, build automation across onboarding, KYC/KYB, payments and FX flows, and collaborate on cross-domain quality initiatives in a modern stack.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years building production test automation, end‑to‑end.
• Hands-on API and UI testing with modern frameworks.
• Experience with test architecture and QA leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design and own integration and contract tests for money flows.
• Lead test automation across onboarding, KYC/KYB, payments, FX and settlement.
• Balance manual vs automated testing and drive CI/CD quality strategy.
• Mentor mid‑level QA engineers and drive quality decisions.
