Job summary

Xsolla is seeking a Senior QA Engineer with strong Web3 experience to join the engineering team. You will lead manual testing of complex Web3 and platform features, validate wallet flows, RPC interactions, and on-chain/off-chain data synchronization to ensure robust product quality.

The role emphasizes exploratory, functional, and regression testing, collaboration with engineers, and the use of AI-powered testing tools to improve coverage and speed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of total QA experience with end-to-end quality ownership.
• 2+ years hands-on Web3 testing, blockchain integrations or decentralized systems.
• Strong manual testing methodology and defect life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead manual testing of Web3 and platform features across environments.
• Validate blockchain interactions, wallet flows, and on-chain/off-chain data sync.
• Test smart contract interactions, events, and migrations with deep product knowledge.
• Create and maintain detailed test cases, checklists, and QA documentation.
• Collaborate with engineers and DevOps to ensure CI/CD test coverage for Web3 components.
