You will shape propositions that improve customer outcomes, partnering with Distribution, Marketing and Operations to deliver value. The role is hybrid with substantial strategic impact.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into clear roadmaps, priorities and recommendations.
• Build business cases balancing customer value, commercial potential and feasibility.
• Collaborate across Proposition, Distribution, Marketing, Digital, Operations and other teams.
