Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Contribute to current account proposition strategy.
• Lead proposition development by translating customer needs and market dynamics into clear propositions.
• Run analytics and deep-dives on commercial performance (acquisition, primacy, unit economics).
• Build business cases and sizing; prioritize initiatives across acquisition, activation, engagement, servicing, and retention.
• Partner with delivery teams to shape requirements, validate hypotheses, and support launch readiness.
• Monitor and optimize product, feature, and proposition performance post-launch and in BAU.
• Manage governance to ensure proposition changes align with regulatory and conduct requirements, operational readiness, and risk appetite; support stakeholder updates and approvals.
